RAGI DOSA



Ingredients:

Ragi - 1/4 cup
Rice - 3/4 cup
Urad dal - 2 Tablespoon
Salt - As required
Timings - 4 to 6 hours

Method:

> Wash and Soak all the ingredients for 3 hours or more.

> Put it in the mixie and grind well 

> Add water if required, also add required salt. Keep it aside for one hour to six-hour.
> Then you can keep it in refrigerator

> Adjust the consistency of the batter by adding water according to the dosa batter and you can start making dosa after 1 hour or later.
> Serve hot with chutney and sambar.
