Murungai keerai poriyal / Drumstick leaves poriyal



Ingredients:

Murungaikeerai / Drumstick leaves - 1 cup
Crushed garlic pods - 5 to 6
Channa dhal - 1 tspn
Urad dhal - 1 tspn
Groundnut - 50 to 100 gms 
Red chilly - 3 
Mustard seeds - 1 tspn
Oil - 1 tspn

Recipe:

> Heat the pan, add the groundnuts, chilly and when it gets roasted remove from the pan and let it cool. 
> Once cooled remove the skins from the groundnut and in a mixie jar add both groundnut and red chilly.
>  Grind to a coarse or smooth powder.
Take a pan and heat it with oil
> And then add mustard seeds, channa dal, and urad dhal 
When it turns golden color add the crushed garlic pods and then add a 1/4 cup water and add required salt
Once the water boils add the leaves and mix it well and leave for a few minutes 
until the water is drained well
Once the water is drained add the powdered groundnut and mix well
Serve hot with white rice, rasam, and sambar.

Note :
>The groundnut powder can be added according to your taste
>These leaves are good for health and has a lot of benefits to our body
