LEMON RICE


Ingredients:

Lemon - 1 big size
Boiled rice - 2 cups
Green chili - 3
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tspn
Curry leaves - 1 strand
Groundnut - 1 tbsp
Channa dhal - 1/4 tspn
Urad dhal - 1/4 tspn
Jeera - 1/4 tspn
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tspn
Hing powder - 1/4 tspn

Recipe:

Wash the lemon and squeeze the juice into a cup and remove the seeds
Add turmeric powder and salt into it. 
In a hot pan add oil once heated add mustard seeds, jeera, channa, and urad dhal 
> And add groundnut
Once al turns golden color add the green chili, curry leaves and then add the juice and add the hing powder
Once added all off the stove and allow it to cool
Add 2 cups of boiled rice to it and mix well
Serve hot with potato fry and chips

Note :
 Once the lemon juice is poured in the pan switch off the flame or else it will get burnt soon and will give a bitter taste
