Method:
> Soak 200g of horse gram into the water for 8 hours or more
> Then drained the water and changed to a cloth for 18 to 24 hours
> Hang it like this.
> When you open you can see the magic
> In a pressure cooker add sprouted horse gram, chopped onion, tomato, green chilies, turmeric, asafoetida, and salt.
> Cover the cooker by the lid and leave it for 2 whistles
> Soak the tamarind into a water
> In a mixie jar or hand grinder add pepper, jeera, green chili, coriander, and curry leaves
> Smash it nicely
> In a pan add oil and once oil heated add mustard and curry leaves and pinch of asafoetida.
> Then add tomatoes and dry chilies
> Once tomatoes turn mushy add smashed ingredients and mix well
> Now add the boiled ingredients from the cooker
> Now add the tamarind water into it also add a piece of jaggery
> Add coriander and switch off the flame.
> Serve hot with rice.

Note:
> I added jaggery in the end and it is optional only. if you really like spicy rasam then don't add it.
> usually I divided the rasam separately into two bowls. one is for my kid which is no spicy
> And another one is for us, so we will add pepper powder at the end of the process.
> Horse gram contains lot of nutrients and its really good for kids.
> It is really good for the skin, kidney, and liver.
> sprouting is an interesting process and does it whenever you are getting time.
> Once it's sprouted and if you find no time to cook just keep it in the fridge for one or two days.
> Normally 2 to 3 whistles are enough for freshly sprouted horse gram but if you keep it in the fridge then leave it for 5 whistles.
