Tandoori chicken - Airfryer
Ingredients:
Chicken - 2 breast pieces
Red chili powder - 2 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tbsp
Garam masala - 1 tbsp
Pepper powder - 1 tbsp
Salt - ½ to 1 tbsp
Curd - 2 tbsp
Oil - 1tspn
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - optional
Recipe:
> Wash the chicken breasts well
> In a plate add all the spice powders other than curd and oil
> Once the powders are mixed add the curd and mix well
> Now add the chicken breasts and apply the masalas well all over it
> Now add the lemon juice and oil and mix well and refrigerate overnight or 3-4 hours before you prepare
> Now preheat the air fryer temperature to 200°C for 3 minutes
> Place the chicken breast inside the pan and set the temperature to 200°C for 15 minutes
> In between @7-8 minutes you can remove the pan and flip the breast to another side so that it gets cooked evenly
> Hot chicken tandoori is ready and serve with green chutney.
