PEPPER CHICKEN
Ingredients:
Chicken - 200gms
Onion - 1 big size
Tomato - 1 medium size
Ginger garlic paste - 1tspn
Red chili powder - 1 tspn
Coriander powder - 1/2 tspn
Garam masala - 1/2 tspn
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tspn
Fennel seeds - 1/2 tspn
Pattai - 1/2 inch
Lavangam - 5-6 nos
Pepper powder - 1-2 tspn
Oil - 1tbsp
Salt needed
Coriander leaves needed
Curry leaves - 1 strand
Recipe:
> Wash the chicken well and keep aside.
> Meanwhile, chop the onions and tomatoes
> In a pan add oil once heated add the fennel seeds, cinnamon, and cloves
> And then add the chopped onions
> When the onions turn translucent add ginger garlic paste
> Then add the tomatoes and curry leaves, once it turns mushy add the chicken to it
> Add the spice powders except pepper powder and mix well
> Add little water and allow it to cook for about 7-8 minutes in a low flame so that chicken coats well with masalas
> Once the water is drained and chicken is cooked well add the pepper powder according to your taste and final touch the coriander leaves
Note:
>Add little extra pepper powder to make it spicier and enjoy the feel.
>This can be eaten when you have a cold.
