Instant egg masala
Ingredients:
Eggs - 3 nos
Onion - 2 big nos
Tomato - 2 medium nos
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Curry leaves - 1 strand
Fennel seeds - 1 tbsp
Salt needed
Oil - 1 tbsp
Recipe:
> Boil the eggs and remove the shell and slice it with a knife and keep ready
> Chop the onions and tomatoes roughly
> And add in the mixie jar along with ginger garlic paste
> Make a paste-like this
> In a pan add oil and add the fennel seeds
> And then add the ground paste to it
> Add the chili powder and salt and mix well and allow it to boil for 2 minutes
> Add the eggs
> And curry leaves and close the pan with a lid and allow it to cook well for 5 more minutes.
> Hot instant egg masala is ready to serve
> Serve hot with biryanis, chapati, idly, and dosas.
