Restaurent style Egg fried rice in kuchinigirls


Ingredients:

Boiled rice - 2 cups (approx 250 g)
Oil- 4 teaspoon
Egg - 2
Carrot - 1 cup
Beans - 1/2 cup
Cabbage - 1/2 cup
pepper - 1 teaspoon
Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon
salt - As required

Method:

> Chop the vegetables before starting the process
> Cook cup of basmati rice and drained the water completely. let it cool.
> In a pan add one teaspoon of oil and break the molds of the egg.
> Now add pepper and salt into it.wait for a min then give a stir.
> Once the fried egg is ready, keep it aside
> In the same pan add oil once oil heated add chopped vegetables.
> And give a stir for 2 min. 
> Then add the fried eggs and stir well.
> Add one spoon of soy sauce,pepper powder and required salt into it.
> Then mix the boiled basmati rice. Stir well for 2 min then switch off the flame.
> Hot fried rice is ready to eat.

> Cook cup of basmati rice (approx 250g) and drained the water completely. while cooking the rice add a spoon of oil and salt.
> Then chop the vegetables. I used carrot, beans, and capsicum.adding spring onion is optional.if you don't want to add vegetables also fine for egg fried rice.
> In a heavy-bottomed pan add two spoons of oil and break the molds of the eggs. we can use 2 or 3 eggs and add a spoon of pepper and salt.leaves it for 1 min in slow flame. then start mixing it. once the egg has fried keep it aside.
> In the same pan add two spoons of oil.i used sunflower oil.once oil heated add the vegetables and salt. and give a stir for 2 or more min in a medium flame.
> Once vegetables had fried add the fried eggs into it.mix well
> Then add one spoon of soya sauce and one spoon of pepper. give a stir and add cooked basmati rice. keep it in a high flame and give a stir for 2 min.
> Then switch off the flame.
> Hot fried rice is ready to serve.
