Grilled Tandoori whole chicken with Mint chutney in Kuchinigirls
Grilled Tandoori chicken:
Ingredients:
Full chicken - 1 Kg
Chilli powder - 2 Teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 Teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Pepper powder - 1/2 Teaspoon
Chat masala - 1 Teaspoon
Kasturi methi - 1 Teaspoon
Lemon - 1
Curd - 5 Teaspoon
Oil - 2 Teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 3 Teaspoon
Salt - As required
> Wash the full chicken
> Make some cuts on the chicken.so that masalas would absorb nicely. Add One spoon of chilli powder, Half lemon juice and salt. Mix well
> It's ready. Leave it for 5 min
> In a bowl add curd, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, pepper powder, Garam masala , turmeric powder, Kasturi methi, salt and one spoon of Chilli powder.
> Now add half lemon juice into it
> Mix well and finally add chat masala
> Now put the coated chicken into this bowl
> Mix well and add 2 teaspoons of oil. Apply the paste into all the four sides and inside of the chicken.
> Cover it and keep it in the fridge for min 2 Hours
> Once the marination is done Tie the chicken with the threat tightly
> After Preheating the oven for 5 min grill the chicken using oven skewers
Temperature - 200 degree
Function -Broil/Rotisserie
Timer - 60 min
> chicken is cooked well. Now remove the thread.
> Hot Yummy Tandoori is ready to serve.
> Serve hot with Mint chutney, onion,kuboos, lemon and Garlic paste.
Mint chutney for Tandoori chicken:
Mint - Handful
Coriander - Handful
Ginger - Small piece
Garlic gloves - 3 Big
Green chili - 2
Cumin seeds - 1 Teaspoon
Chat masala - 1 Teaspoon
Curd - 3 Teaspoon
Salt - As required
> Transfer it to a mixie jar and add garlic cloves
> Now add a small piece of chopped ginger and green chilli
> Also add cumin seeds and salt
> Finally 3 Teaspoon of curd
> Once grind it well add chat masala
> Now add a small piece of chopped ginger and green chilli
> Also add cumin seeds and salt
> Finally 3 Teaspoon of curd
> Once grind it well add chat masala
> Tasty Mint chutney is ready to serve for Grilled /Tandoori chicken
Note:
> Seasoning is not required for this chutney
> This is especially for Grilled tandoori chicken
