Streetside Mysore Gobi Fry in Kuchinigirls


Ingredients:

Carrot - 1 cup
Cabbage - 1 cup
Beans - 1/2 cup
Capsicum - 1/2 cup
Onion - 1/2 cup
Salt - As needed

For coating:
All-purpose flour - 5 Teaspoon
Corn flour - 1.5 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1 teaspoon

Oil - As needed for deep fry

For seasoning:
Oil - 2 Teaspoon
Onion - 1 Big
Green chili - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 2 Teaspoon
Soya sauce - 1 teaspoon
Tomato sauce - 1 teaspoon
Red chili sauce - 1 teaspoon
Salt - As needed

Method:

> In a bowl add chopped beans, carrot, and cabbage
> Also add onion, all-purpose flour, cornflour, and salt
> Then add chili powder and mix well
> Add a small amount of water and mix well. This batter is ready for deep fry
> Heat the oil in a pan and pour this batter as a small quantity by spoon or hand
> Let it boil well
> Then turn the other side 
> Once it boils well keeps aside
> In a Pan add 2 teaspoons of oil and put onion, green chili, and salt
> Once the onion turns brown add ginger garlic paste, chili powder, tomato sauce, soya sauce, and chili sauce
> I used these brands
> Give a stir
> Then add a glass of water and let it boil all the ingredients
> Once its all cooked well add fried stuff. Give a stir
> Finally add chopped capsicum and let it cook for 2 min
> Switch off the flame
 
> Hot street-side Mysore gopi fry is ready to eat
> Its a perfect combination for fried rice
