Soya chunks kola balls in Kuchinigirls


Ingredients:

Soya chunks - 100g
Onion - 1 Big size
Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Garam masala - 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tbsp
Rice flour - one to one and a half tbsp
Besan flour - one to one and a half tbsp
Coriander and curry leaves - Handful
Salt - As required
Oil for fry

Recipe :
> Soak the soya chunks in hot water for about 20 min
> Squeeze the water from the soya chunks and grind in a mixie jar to a coarse powder

> Transfer to the bowl and add besan flour and rice flour.
> Add all the masala powders
>  Add onion, coriander, curry leaves, and salt.
> Mix all together 
> And make round balls and keep ready.
> By the time place the pan with oil and heat it well
> Once the oil is hot add all the balls and fry in a medium flame.
> Serve hot with ketchup or sauce and enjoy the crispy balls

Note:
> Soya chunks are rich in protein
