Pepper rice in Kuchinigirls
Ingredients:
Cooked rice - 1 cup
Onion - 1 big size
Curry leaves - 1 strand
Cashew - 12 nos
Ghee or oil - 2 tbsp
Mustard seeds - 1/4 tbsp
Urad dal - 1/4 tbsp
Salt - As required
Recipe:
> In a pan add ghee or oil
> And cashews
> Add onions and curry leaves and once the onion turns translucent
> Add the pepper powder and salt and saute for 2 min in a low flame
> Now add the cooked rice to the mix and mix it well. If necessary add required salt and mix gently
> Serve hot with raita and enjoy the taste
