Garlic broasted chicken (No maida) in kuchinigirls


Ingredients:

For grinding:
Onion - 1/4 portion
Ginger - 1 Big slice
Garlic cloves - 2
 
For Marinate :
Boneless chicken - 200g
Buttermilk - 1 Glass
Soya sauce - 1 Teaspoon
Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Ground paste mentioned in the above.

For coating:
Rice flour - 5 Teaspoon
Corn flour - 2 Teaspoon
Chili powder - 1 Teaspoon
Salt - As required
Egg - 2
Oil for fry - 1/4 liter

For seasoning:
Olive oil - 5 Teaspoon
Chopped Garlic cloves - 10
Dry chilies -  5 

Method:

> Take 200g of boneless chicken and wash it well
> In a mixie jar add onion, garlic, and ginger and make a fine paste. Add water if required.
> Prepare a glass of thick buttermilk
> Soak the chicken into buttermilk 
> Then add soya sauce, salt and grinded paste
> Alos add pepper powder and mix well and keep it aside for 40 min or more
> In a bowl add rice flour, cornflour, and salt.
> Also add chili powder and mix well
> Put the chicken into this bowl and mix it.
> Keep it in a plate 
> In another bowl add an egg and a little bit salt and beat well. Once beaten put the above-coated chicken into this mixture.
> Once coated in the egg put the chicken into this same flour bowl.
> Again do the same process and keep it aside for 30 min.
> In a pan add cooking oil and put the coated chicken one by one.give 5 or more min for one side to fry.
> Then turn it to another side.
> Once its ready keep it aside.
> In a Pan add olive oil
> Then add chopped garlic cloves and dry chilies. wait garlic turn a little brown.
> Then add fried chicken into it and give a stir.
> Hot garlic broasted chicken is ready for evening snacks.
> Serve hot with tomato and chili sauce.
