Beans fry in Kuchinigirls


Ingredients:
Beans - 200g
Onion - 1 Medium
Green chilies - 2 or 3
Curry leaves - Handful
Oil - 2 or 3 Teaspoon
Mustard - 1/4 teaspoon
Urid dal - 1/4 teaspoon
Grated coconut - 3 Teaspoon
Salt - As required

Method:

> Wash the beans before chopping
>> Chopped beans are ready for the dish
> In a Pan add oil once oil heated adds mustard and once mustard splutters add urid dal, curry leaves, and green chilies.
> Then add chopped beans and salt. give a stir, I did not add water. Cover it and cook for 3 or more min.
  > Then add chopped onion. Onions will remains crispy if you add in the end. Give a stir for 3 or more min.
> Then add grated coconut and mix well.off the flame. beans fry is ready.
> Serve hot with rice.

Note:
> Beans are rich in vitamins and minerals.it has Vit A and K, etc.
> It's really good for all the age group
> Take this vegetable often for a healthy lifestyle.
