Ingredients:

Any Rice( I used idly rice) - 150g
Chana dal - 50g
Sambar dal - 50g
Moong dal - 50g
Urid dal - 2 Teaspoon
Jeera - 1/4 teaspoon
Asafoetida - A pinch
Salt - As required
Dry chilies - 2
Onion,curry leaves,coriander leaves,grated coconut,Green chillies - optional

Method:
> Add all the dal and rice into a bowl
> Also add dry chilies and soak it for 5 hours
> Grinder is better than mixie to make a fine paste-like this
> Add required water to get a dosa consistency
> Add salt, asafoetida, and jeera. The batter is ready to prepare dosa.
> I just prepare the dosa very simple and light.spray oil or ghee to taste.
> Softy Adai dosa is ready to eat.
> Serve hot with coconut chutney or any masalas.
