Potato Gravy in Kuchinigirls
Ingredients:
Potato - 300g
Onion - 1 Big
Cauliflower - Handful
Green peas - Handful
Capsicum - Handful
Green chili - 2
Chili powder - 1 Teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 Teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 Teaspoon
Chat masala - 1/2 Teaspoon
Parsley - 1 0r 2 Teaspoon
Olive oil - 1 Teaspoon
Oil - 4 Teaspoon
Bay leaf - 2
Coriander leaves - Handful
Salt - As required
Method :
> Once it's boiled well remove the skin of the potato and smash it
> Chop the vegetables and keep it ready
> In a Pan add oil and once oil heated add bay leaf
> Then add onion, salt and let it turn brown in color
> Meanwhile grind the tomato in a mixie jar
> Add green chilies, salt, and ginger garlic paste> Then add tomato puree and turmeric powder and mix well
> Once it's boiled add cauliflower and green peas. Mix well
> Then add all the spices. Chili powder, coriander powder, Garam masala, and chat masala
> Saute it well> Now add the mashed potatoes
> Give a stir for a min
> Add little water and make a required consistency
> Now add capsicum
> Let it boil
> Finally add olive oil
> And Parsley for flavor
> Mix well
> Gravy is ready. Switch off the flame
> Serve hot with Chapati, Parota, and Poori
