Mutton Biryani in Basmati Rice


Ingredients
:

Mutton - 500g
Basmati Rice - 500g
Ghee - 2 Teaspoon
Oil - 2 Teaspoon
Cloves - 5
Cardamom - 3
Cinnamon - 2 small
Bay leaves - 4
Onion - 2 Big
Tomato - 2 Big
Green chili - 3
Mint leaves - Handful
Coriander leaves - Handful
Chili powder - 2 Teaspoon
Coriander powder - 2 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder - 1/4 Teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 2 Teaspoon
Salt - As Required

Method:

> In a cooker add oil and ghee. once it's heated add cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and bay leaves. let it fry for a min
> then add chopped onion into it
  > Now add Mint leaves
> Add salt and saute  well
> Add ginger garlic paste. Mix well

> Now add Turmeric powder
> Once everything is cooked add washed mutton
> Also add coriander
> Give a stir for 2 min
> Close the cooker by the lid and let it cook for 10 min.give a stir in regular interval
> Add green chilies
> Now add tomato and mix well
> cover it and cook for another 10 min
> Now add chili powder and coriander powder
> Mix well and let it boil
> This stage covers the cooker and put the whistle. Leave it for 6 whistles
> Once mutton boiled well in the cooker I transferred it to a big vessel. Now add coriander leaves
> Also add Mint leaves
> Then add soaked Basmati rice. Cover it and cook 

> On this stage switch off the flame
> For Dum, I Prepared hot water in a separate vessel and I keep it in the biryani vessel for half an hour.It will cook by the heat
> Hot Briyani is ready to serve
> Serve hot with Raita and boiled egg
