EGG MASALA

               EGG MASALA


Ingredients :

Egg - 3 
Oil - 3 teaspoon 
Mustard - Quarter teaspoon
Onion - 1 Big
Tomato - 2 Big
Green chilies - 2
Chili powder - one teaspoon
Coriander powder - Quarter teaspoon teaspoon
Turmeric powder - Quarter teaspoon
Cumin powder - Half teaspoon
Salt - As require

Method : 


> Boil the eggs before starting the process.


> Cut into half and keep it aside.


> Heat oil in a Pan and add mustard. Add onion and green chilies once mustard splutters.


> Add ginger-garlic paste, and salt. Wait until onion turns brown.


> Add tomatoes and turmeric powder. Let tomatoes get mushy.


> Then add chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, and garam masala. Mix well.


> Don't let it burn.so add a little amount of water and cook it well.


> Then add boiled eggs into it. And cook it for 3 or more minutes then off the flame.
> Serve hot with Rice, chapati, and dosa.
