Dragon chicken




Ingredients :

To fry the chicken:

Chicken boneless - 250g
Soya sauce - 1 teaspoon
Pepper - 1 teaspoon
Corn flour - 1 teaspoon
Egg - 1 
Salt - As require
Oil - 1/4 liter 

For tempering : 

Oil - 2 teaspoon
Garlic - 4 cloves
Cashew - 10 nos
Onion - one big
Dry chili - 3
Soya sauce - Half teaspoon
Chili sauce - 2 teaspoon
Tomato sauce - 2 teaspoon
Bell pepper - Half (the color is optional)
White sesame - Quarter teaspoon
Salt - As require

Method :


> Chop garlic, onion, and bell pepper. (green or red is optional).
> Break the cashews into small pieces



> Wash the chicken and cut it into small pieces.


> Add soya sauce, pepper powder, and salt.


> Then Add cornflour, one beaten egg.


> Fry the marinated chicken strips one by one so that they don't stick to each other. fry until crisp. 


> keep the fried chicken strips aside.


> In a pan add oil, Chopped garlic, and cashews.


> Then add onion and dry chilies.


> Give a stir. then add Soya sauce, chili sauce, Tomato sauce, and red bell pepper.


> Add fried chicken and white sesame. Mix well.so that the sauces coat the chicken well.

> Cook it for 5 more minutes. give a stir.

> Serve hot.
