CHICKEN GRAVY
Ingredients:
Chicken - 1/2 kg
Onion - 2 Mediumsize
Tomato - 2 small
Ginger garlic paste - 1 Teaspoon
Chilli powder - 1Teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 Teaspoon
Turmeric powder - A pinch
Green chili - 2
Oil - 3 Teaspoon
Cinnamon - 2 small
Cloves - 2
Curry leaves - Handful
Coriander leaves - Handful
Method:
> In a pan add oil once oil heated put cinnamon and cloves.
> Then add onion and green chilies
> Once onion turns brown add washed chicken into it. Then add salt and turmeric. Give a stir for 5 or more minutes.
> Then add Chili powder, coriander powder, and ginger-garlic paste. Mix well.
> Add tomatoes and close until tomatoes turn mushy.
> Add water if required and let it cook well.
> Add curry leaves.
> Off the flame and add coriander leaves.
> Serve hot with rice, chapati, and parota.
